Options
Abject arts-based poverty has its advantages. I'm getting a $1700 tax return. How am I going to use this?
The options:
I can put it all on my visa.
I can drop it in my gic for now then use it for first and last month's rent in Toronto.
I can make a $1700 donation to the Thistle Project
I can just fritter it away on stuff in Vancouver, but not frivolous stuff. Stuff like posting my belongings back to Toronto, and then use the remainder for my last mortgage and condo fee payments in Toronto.
I can go to France.
Any suggestions? Any suggestions other than these?

Save it. You'll need it in Toronto. But I tend to be prudent when it comes to $$$.
